Q: Can I return the lamp if I’m not satisfied?
A: Yes! We offer refunds upon product return. You’ll need to ship the item back to our designated address at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item (undamaged/unused), we’ll refund the product’s principal amount, minus our original shipping fees.

Pro Tip: To ensure you love the lamp before shipping, we can share photos/videos of the actual product before dispatch. Just note this request when ordering or contact customer support.

Q: What if I find the same product cheaper elsewhere?
A: We guarantee the best price! If you find the exact same item (from an authorized U.S. dealer) at a lower price within 30 days of purchase, we’ll match it (including shipping/tax adjustments). Excludes clearance/closeout items. Email proof to info@aweslighting.com

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Contact us before your order ships (you’ll get a shipping confirmation email). Once shipped, returns can be initiated after delivery.

Q: What if I enter the wrong email/address?
A: Email us immediately! We can update contact/shipping details if the order hasn’t been processed.

Q: Can I stack discount codes?

A: Yes—it ships disassembled. Professional installation by an electrician is recommended (not included).

Q: Are your products UL-listed?
A: Yes, all products meet UL standards.

Q: How do I prepare for lighting shopping?
A:

  1. Set a budget.

  2. Gather inspiration (magazines/design sites).

  3. Note color schemes/fabric swatches for cohesive styling.

Q: How do I choose the right power supply?
A:

  • Check the environment (indoor/outdoor).

  • Calculate total wattage (feet of tape light × W/ft).

  • Select a power supply with equal/higher wattage.
    Standard U.S. voltage: 110–120V; European: 120–240V. Custom options available.

Q: How are chandeliers installed?
A: Each product includes instructions. For complex setups, hire a licensed electrician.


Warranty & Returns

Q: What’s the warranty policy?
A: 3-year warranty (excluding bulbs). Email info@aweslighting.com with photos/videos of issues for prompt resolution (response within 12 hours).

Q: How do I return an item?
A:

  1. Request approval: Email info@aweslighting.com with order  and item photos/videos.

  2. Ship back: Use a tracked method (unauthorized returns won’t be accepted).

  3. Refund/Exchange: Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
