Shipping policy

1. Delivery Range
Currently only supports delivery within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and overseas territories).

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Order processing: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery method and duration:

Express delivery: 7-14 working days (door-to-door)

Sea freight: 4-5 weeks (door-to-door)

Total time = order processing time + delivery time.

3. Shipping and taxes
Shipping: Free shipping for orders within the United States.

Taxes:

Sea freight: The cost is tax-inclusive, no additional taxes.

Express delivery: Customers are required to pay for taxes (tax number required).

4. Delivery and tracking
Carrier: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or professional freight companies.

Tracking service: After delivery, the tracking number and query instructions will be sent by email (a total of 2 emails: order confirmation + delivery notice).

5. Cancellation and return
Within 24 hours: free cancellation.

After 24 hours:

If not in production/shipping: Cancellation fee + material fee will be charged.

Shipped: Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned after arrival (except large items).

Non-returnable: All large items (such as lamps) are not returnable.

Transportation time does not include weekends and holidays.
