Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
